Shipping Policy
We only ship to Australia & New Zealand
**Shipping to New Zealand can take up to 10 to 20 business days.
if it’s been over 20 business days since your order was dispatched and you have not received your order, You are eligible for a full refund regardless of whether you get your product or not after that.
Lost/Missing Packages due to anything that is under the responsibility of Moistera and we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge or will refund you 100% based on what you prefer, in case this happened due to something not under our control we will do our best to assist you in that matter. If Lost/Missing packages were caused due to something that was under your control (such as a wrong shipping address), Moistera will not be liable to refund you for that but will do our best to assist you in that matter as well. So please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order.

My Tracking Says “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMEN”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Some of our products are from third parties sourced from overseas and are shipped from outside Australia. In usual cases, these products do not face any custom restrictions and are delivered to your door without any issues from customs. But in case your order is held by customs do get in touch with us we might be able to assist you. We will do our best to assist you but we do not cover the customs charges. Usually in Australia if your order is under the value of 1000 AUD you should not have any issues with customs.
